  • Platform – the Axiom website and related services.
  • User – any person using the Platform.
  • Student – a user aged between 7 and 18.
  • Parent/Guardian – a legal representative supervising a Student.
  • Account – a registered user profile.
  • AI System – educational artificial intelligence tools used within the Platform.

3. Eligibility and Parental Consent

If you are under the age of 13, your account must be created and managed by a Parent or Guardian.
We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Parents or Guardians are responsible for monitoring the Student’s use of the Platform and any results generated by the AI System.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an Account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You may register using third-party authentication services such as Google or Facebook.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.

5. Service Description

The Platform allows Students to upload homework, receive AI-generated feedback, track learning progress, and enables Parents or Guardians to monitor educational activity.

Some features may be paid, limited, experimental, or provided in beta form and may change over time.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely through WayForPay.
Some services require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled by the User.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Failure to complete payment may result in temporary suspension or loss of access to paid features.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content;
  • misuse the Platform or attempt to disrupt its operation;
  • harass, abuse, or harm other users.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these rules.

8. AI Transparency and Disclaimer

The Platform uses the ChatGPT API (OpenAI, Inc.) to process educational queries.

AI-related data:

  • is used solely to generate responses;
  • is not used to train AI models;
  • may be temporarily stored for diagnostics and quality assurance.

The AI System is a support tool and does not replace a teacher or formal education.
AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
Users and Parents/Guardians are solely responsible for how AI outputs are used.

9. Privacy

We comply with GDPR and COPPA requirements.
Parents or Guardians may access, manage, or request deletion of a Student’s personal data.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including text, design, and software, is owned by Axiom Aducation or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.
By using the Platform, you grant us a limited right to process such content solely for educational and service-related purposes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not responsible for:

  • AI-generated errors or inaccuracies;
  • service downtime;
  • failures caused by third-party providers.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms of Use, with or without prior notice.

You may delete your Account at any time through the Platform or by contacting support.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
The “Last Updated” date indicates the most recent version.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
